Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

Saskatchewan, a beautiful Western Canadian province bordering the United States, is known for its wide-open prairies, thriving agriculture, and diverse economy. The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) provides a pathway for skilled individuals, entrepreneurs, and farmers to live and work in the province while progressing toward Canadian permanent residency. As a licensed ICCRC immigration consultant, I can guide you through the SINP application process to ensure a smooth and successful journey toward your Canadian dream.

SINP Categories:

The SINP has four main categories, each designed for different types of applicants:
  1. International Skilled Worker

For skilled foreign workers with experience in in-demand occupations. Applicants can apply under three streams:

    1. Employment Offer – if you have a valid job offer from a Saskatchewan employer.
    2. Occupation In-Demand – for skilled workers without a job offer in high-demand occupations.
    3. Express Entry – aligned with Canada’s federal Express Entry system for faster PR processing.
  2. Saskatchewan Experience

For foreign nationals currently living and working in Saskatchewan.

  3. Entrepreneur Program

For experienced entrepreneurs and investors aiming to start or buy a business in Saskatchewan.

  4. Farm Owner and Operator Category

For farmers and agriculturists who wish to purchase and operate a farm in Saskatchewan.

How to Apply?

  1. Create an online account on the SINP portal.
  2. Complete the application form and upload all required supporting documents.
  3. Submit the application for review.
  4. If eligible, the province will nominate you, and your application will be sent to IRCC’s Centralized Intake Office.
